Getting Started
In 4 easy steps
Step 1
Create your Heavenly Messenger profile, invite your account guardians to help manage your accounts, and select your Letter Bundle.
Step 2
Let us know who you are writing a letter for and when you want it to be delivered. If you don’t know the exact date, this can be adjusted or added later by your Account Guardian.
Step 3
Once you have selected your desired bundle, we will mail you your Heavenly Messenger Stationary or give you instant digital access so you can start writing.
Step 4
Write your letters and send them to us via the prepaid postage included in your package for secure storage until it’s time for your letters to be sent.
Delivering Your Letters
How it works
Before it’s time for your letter(s) to be sent, an email will be sent to your Account Guardian and if you so chose, your Letter Recipient(s) as well, to confirm the delivery address. Once an address has been confirmed, we will deliver your letters on the date you have selected. Your letter will be received by your loved ones so they can share in your memories.
